The Shift Bar – Rio Grande Boulder
Customers near our Boulder location may consider hosting an event at the Shift Bar. We call it the Shift Bar because it’s the perfect place to shift from reality into a super-fun atmosphere. The industrial decor offers a modern flair.
The minimum number of guests for a Shift Bar event is 20 on weekdays and 30 on weekends. We can host up to 80. When you book the event, let us know your estimated turnout and confirm the number of guests seven days before.
Hosts can choose from a cash bar, open bar, or drink ticket service. We provide complimentary soft drinks for guests. Food options include a taco bar, burrito bar, signature fajita buffet, desserts, and recommended enhancements.

The Agave Room – Rio Grande Fort Collins
The Agave Room is perfect for customers who live near our Fort Collins location and customers hosting larger events. Our room rental requires a minimum of 30 guests on weekdays and 50 guests on weekends. We can accommodate up to 250 people.
The historic ballroom offers the ideal upscale vibe for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, quinceaneras, and more. Built in 1901, it features hardwood floors, a suspended balcony, and large windows offering breathtaking views of Old Town Fort Collins. The private entrance provides exclusivity, and the high ceilings enhance the aesthetic.
We offer customizable bar options, including drink tickets, an open bar, and a cash bar. Guests can also enjoy our complimentary soft drinks. Buffet service is available for brunch, lunch, and dinner parties. Minimum food purchases vary depending on the event.
